4-5 leaves of raw kale, washed, stems snapped off
1 apple, sliced
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup water
Add water and ice to blender first then balance of ingredients. Blend, enjoy!
Makes 2 servings. You can always beef this up by adding oats, flax, chia seeds, protein powder.
