The workshop is designed to help you put into action things that you want to change/improve that you might not have been able to up until now. You may even discover new things you never thought about before (very likely!) that are missing in your life!
We will start with a framework for assessing what we want.  From here, each week we will go deeper into how to achieve. Major topics to be discussed: asking the right questions, the power of choice, the role of discipline; we will end with creating an action plan.
